Nigeria Olympic team launch new kits at Rio 2016.

Nigeria’s Olympic team will launch a newly designed jerseys by kit sponsors, Nike, when it takes on Japan in its first group match against on Friday.

This new design, according to the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is the jersey the team will wear for the Twenty- Eighteen FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zambia, Algeria and Cameroon.

The NFF and Nike entered into an agreement last year after adidas pulled out as the country’s kit sponsors.

The home kit is a solid green, with white ribbing around the back of the modern crewneck collar.

In keeping true to the national colours of Nigeria, the new away kit is white with a green stripe that runs the length of the sides of shirt and shorts, and a green stripe along the back of the collar.
