Nigeria’s Flamingoes focused despite losing start says Nikyu.

Having lost by a lone goal to Brazil, in the ongoing FIFA Under seventeen World Cup, the head coach of Nigeria’s Flamingoes, Bala Nikyu, is optimistic that his team will bounce back when the team file out today against England.

A Micaelly strike in the forty-first minute sealed a one- nil win for Brazil in Group A match against Nigeria’s Flamingoes on Saturday.

Looking ahead to tomorrow’s match, Nikyu, who do not want to apportion blame, said the team’s technical crew would correct all the mistakes observed in the first before its next match against England, adding that the team would improve on its performance against England.

He said his players were frightened by the name ‘Brazil’ as thye did not settle down to play their normal game.

Flamingoes, will today file out against its Group C opponent, England, at Prince Mohammed International Stadium as the match will be played Four ‘O’Clock, Nigerian time.
