Fifa has again banned one of of its former executive members, Worawi Makud, from football-related activities for five years.
Makudi, the former president of the Football Association of Thailand, FAT, was also fined Eight thousand, two hundred dollars.
Fifa said Makudi “made alterations to the FAT statutes” without approval and committed “forgery and falsification”.
Makudi, was one of the twenty-two Fifa executive members who voted in twenty-ten on who should host the twenty-eighteen and twenty-twelve FIFA World Cups.
At least ten of the twenty-two have since been implicated in allegations of corruption and bribery, with a number having been indicted in an FBI investigation.
