Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho, has been charged by the Football Association for claiming it would be “difficult” for referee Anthony Taylor to officiate their game with Liverpool.
Mourinho, added appointing Taylor for the match had put “pressure” on the Manchester-based official.
Similarly, Sunderland manager, David Moyes, has been charged with misconduct after being sent off at Southampton on Wednesday.
The Football Association said it was alleged “Moyes used abusive or insulting words towards a match official”.
