Buhari to flag-off campaign of Rotimi Akeredolu/Agboola Ajayi, tomorrow.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Ondo State, says President Muhammadu Buhari will flag-off campaign of Rotimi Akeredolu/Agboola Ajayi, tomorrow.

Publicity Secretary of the party, Abayomi Adesanya, announced this in a statement made available to newsmen in Akure today.

According to the statement; National Chairman of the party, John Oyegun, National Leader of the Party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, the Speaker House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara among others will be at the campaign in Ondo State.

Adesanya said the President’s visit is not only for campaign for the victory of his party’s candidate but because of his love for the people of the state.

In another development, all Progressives Congress, APC appointed campaign Chairman for the forthcoming Ondo election and Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong says only the Independent National Electoral Commission, can stop the conduct of the Ondo State Gubernatorial Election fixed for the twenty-sixth of November.

Governor Lalong said this in Abuja while addressing State House reporters after meeting with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Lalong, was responding to a question on the threat by Governor Olusegun Mimiko that elections could not hold in a crisis situation.

Lalong said the APC was very ready for the election and would be flagging off its campaign tomorrow.
