Cameroon 2016: Ex-coach warns Super Falcons.

Based on the improvement of women’s football in Africa, former Super Falcons coach, James Peters, says the team will find it difficult to defend its title at the Cameroon twenty-sixteen CAF African Women’s Cup of Nations which begins tomorrow.

The team, which is drawn in Group B against Kenya, Ghana and Mali, will on Sunday play its first group match against Mali.

Peters, who claimed that Falcons are favourites to win the tournament, said the team would not have easy ride over other teams since there were no longer minnows in African women’s football.

He said the tournament’s qualifying series had shown that the Falcons could not overrun any team again on the continent since other countries had also groomed stronger teams than before.
