Super Eagles and Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme has signed a new contract extension.
The Nigerian international, who has spent over fifteen years at the club, agreed to a new two-and-a-half year deal with a year’s option.
Ikeme, whose previously deal was due to expire at the end of the current season,was excited to sign the deal, adding that he had gotten good relationship with the club’s mangement and the fans.
The goalkeeper, established himself as the club’s number one keeper during the twenty-twelve/thirteen season and has made One hundred and ninety- two appearances for Wolves.
Wolves manager Paul Lambert said it was important to get players like Carl Ikeme who has kept four clean sheets in eighteen appearances for the club.
