Super Eagles and former Manchester City forward, Kelechi Iheanacho, is on the verge of being confirmed as Leicester City players as he went for medical yesterday ahead of a twenty- five million pounds move from Manchester City to the King Power Stadium.
The Nigerian footballer, has agreed personal terms with the Foxes and will now head to Belvoir Drive to complete the move.
A deal has been in the pipeline for a number of weeks, but there was a dispute to settle between his old agents and new representatives.
Iheanacho, who joined Manchester City’s academy at the start of twenty- fourteen, before breaking through to the first team a year later, scored fourteen goals in all competitions.
Elsewhere, Leicester, who also want to add another centre back, are still pondering a second bid for Coventry City striker George Thomas.
